I have created this Blog/ Forum for all those who have fallen for this company's scam. Heritage has caused me to claim Bankruptcy due to their so-called debt relief program. I have experienced a year's worth of grief from this company and I am not going to take this lying down. I plan on filing an civil lawsuit against Heritage Debt Relief LLC for compensation. In addition, if you also experienced the same hardship, please respond to this blog. Part of my lawsuit is to show the court all of the people who have fallen for this in lieu of myself. Mind you, you do not have to give any personal information to this blog. Just state your complaint.
Please remember that companies such as this one should not be in business to take advantage of a person's unfortunate situation. That is moral injustice and unacceptable.
